2010 Tisdall Henry's Crossing Classic Dry White

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Chardonnay. Brilliant water like colour with very pale straw edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe gooseberry, pear and tropical fruits. The palate displays a simple flavour profile of pear, tropical fruits and a touch of spice. Clean dry finish with soft acidity. Moderate aftertaste of pear and spice.
