2010 Tim Gramp Watervale Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays toast and citrus top notes followed by a hint of lime and spice. The palate delivers zesty lemon and lime flavours followed by some flinty mineral and a hint of toast. Clean crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 4-5 years (2011-2016).
