2010 Tiger's Tale Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays delicate aromas of grassy herbaceous characters, light passionfruit, citrus and spice. Light and dry the palate exhibits flavours of gooseberry and grassy herbaceous characters followed by some spice. Clean crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of gooseberry, grass and spice.
