2010 Thorn Clarke Sandpiper Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. Youthful aromas of ripe cherries and plum followed by a hint of spice as an end note. The palate is also quite youthful and straight forward with flavours of ripe cherry and plum followed by a spicy back palate. Medium weight. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Moderate aftertaste of spicy dark cherry.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2014).
