2010 Te Kairanga Run Holder Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark plum red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays uplifted notes of black cherry, anise and dark plum with some underlying toasty cedar and spice. Medium bodied the palate is very rich, ripe and fleshy in texture with mouthfilling flavours of black cherry and anise followed by some toasty oak and spice. Supple mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins. Long rich black cherry, anise and spicy toasted oak aftertaste. A rich generously styled Pinot Noir.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
