Opaque dark crimson black colour with deep dark red purple hue. The nose exhibits scents of liquorice, dark plum, toasty oak and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers fleshy flavours of dark plum, liquorice and toast with a spicy peppery back palate. Good depth. Very fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, dark plum and spicy toast aftertaste.
