2010 Spy Valley Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with light crimson red hue. The nose displays good perfumed lift with aromas of dark cherries, violets, anise, gamey cedar like qualities and some spice end notes. Light to medium weight the palate has generous flavours of dark cherries, anise, lightly toasted cedar and spice. Very fine grained tannins with a slightly dryish finish. Medium to long aftertaste of dark ripe cherries, anise and spice. A triple trophy winner.
