2010 Snake & Herring Cannonball Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Petit Verdot

Opaque black dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of blackcurrant and bay leaf as top notes over some subtle liquorice and spicy cedar. Medium to full bodied with good levels of richness the palate has flavours of blackcurrant and bay leaf which are dominate over a background of cedar, dusty earth like characters and spice. Slightly dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of blackcurrant, bay leaf, dusty cedar and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
