2010 Sevenhill St Ignatius Cabernet Merlot Malbec Cabernet Franc

Totally opaque black crimson red colour with dark crimson red black hue. The nose exhibits ripe blackcurrant and liquorice aromas followed by some choc mint and spicy cedar. Full bodied the palate possesses rich ripe blackcurrant, liquorice and choc mint flavours followed by some subtle cedar and spice. A decent amount of tannin provides a firm solid framework for the wine to age gracefully. Excellent length with long ripe blackcurrant, choc mint and spicy cedar aftertaste.
