2010 Sarsfield Estate Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak for 18 months. Semi translucent dark crimson red colour with light red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and dark plum are intermixed together followed by some dark raspberry, cedar and spice. The palate boasts good weight and richness with generous flavours of dark plum and dark raspberry followed by some spiciness with some underlying cedar. Very fine grained velvety tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of dark plum, raspberry and spicy cedar.
Cellar 4-5 years.
