2010 Ryder Cabernet Sauvignon

An excellent quaffing Cabernet with plenty of rich varietal character.
Matured in French oak hogsheads for 18 months. Totally opaque black dark purple colour with deep black purple hue. The nose displays attractive aromas of blackcurrants and dark cherries followed by a hint of cedar with some spice end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses good generosity and varietal definition with ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry flavours supported by some toasty cedar with a spicy back palate. Very fine grained soft tannins. Medium to long blackcurrant, dark cherry and spice aftertaste. An excellent quaffing Cabernet with plenty of rich varietal character.
Cellar 2-3 years (2014-2015).
