Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. Lifted aromas of lemon and lime are to the fore followed by a touch of orange rind. The palate displays good intensity with flavours of citrus, lime, orange rind and mineral. Clean crisp acid finish with long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 4-5 years to develop the wines complexity (2010-2015)
