Matured in French oak for approximately 18 months. Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays scents of white peach intermixed with some cashew and toastiness followed by a hint of spicy honeycomb and citrus. Medium weight the palate has a textured mouthfeel which is counterpointed against a good acid structure. Flavours of white peach and citrus are followed by some cashew and spicy biscuit like characters. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of nectarine, citrus, cashew and light spice.
