2010 Pindarie 'Bar Rossa' Tempranillo Sangiovese Shiraz

A blend of 70% Tempranillo, 25% Sangiovese and 5% Shiraz that was matured for 9 months in French oak. Opaque black dark purple colour with deep dark red purple hue. Aromas of black plum, dark cherry and liquorice followed by some spice and earth end notes. Full bodied the palate delivers rich opulent flavours of black cherry and dark plum flavours followed by some liquorice with underlying earthy characters and a touch of spice on the finish. Velvet smooth tannins. Long rich black cherry, dark plum, liquorice and earthy spice aftertaste.
