2010 Pimpernel Vineyards Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with distinct greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose exhibits good intensity with lifted white peach aromas followed by some cashew, honeycomb, a hint of butterscotch and spice. Possessing excellent concentration the palate delivers rich mouthfilling flavours of peach, nougat and honeycomb followed by some cashew and spice. Creamy texture with medium to long aftertaste of white peach, lees, spicy cashew, honeycomb and nougat.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2012-2016).
