Brilliant pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays floral top notes followed by some lime, mandarin and tropical fruits with a touch of spice as an end note. The palate possesses a good acid structure with crisp refreshing flavours of lime, citrus, mineral and spice. Dry finish.Aftertaste ofcitrus, mineral and spice.
