A blend of 53% Barossa Valley & Adelaide Hills Semillon and 47% Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of green apple, citrus and melon. The palate exhibits flavours of green apple and citrus followed by a trace of spice. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of green apple, citrus and spice.
