2010 Petaluma Bridgewater Mill Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with dark purple hue. The nose displays lifted scents of liquorice and blackberry followed by some dried meats, toast and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate delivers generous flavours of liquorice and blackberry followed by some subtle smoky oak and spice. Elegant mouthfeel with very fine grained tannin structure. Long liquorice, blackberry, smoky oak and spice aftertaste.
