Opaque deep dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose offers up scents of dark ripe cherries, dark raspberries, a touch of earth and spice. Displaying good weight and richness with a firmish structure the palate delivers flavours of ripe dark cherries and dark raspberries with a spicy overlay and some earthy characters on the back palate. Firmish, slightly dryish tannins with aftertaste of dark ripe cherries, earth and spice.
