2010 Payne's Rise Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep dark crimson red black colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose opens with top notes of mulberry and cedar followed by some bay leaf and spice. Light to medium weight the palate presents an elegant flavour profile of mulberries, cedar, bay leaf and dried herbs. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins with aftertaste of mulberries, bay leaf and spicy cedar.
