2010 Paul Osicka Heathcote Shiraz

Opaque black dark purple colour with deep dark purple hue. The nose exhibits distinctive ripe blackberry and liquorice top notes followed by dark plum, toasty oak, a trace of mint and a touch of spice. Classic Paul Osicka palate brimming with rich ripe dark fruit flavours of blackberry, dark plum and liquorice with a toast overlay and some spice on the back palate. Fine grained but solidly built tannin structure. Excellent length with long ripe blackberry, liquorice, toasty oak and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
