2010 Patrick Piuze Vendanges Petit Chablis

Brilliant straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays aromas of pear, citrus and green apple followed by some wet stone end notes. The palate displays good textural qualities with flavours of pear, citrus and wet stones with some cashew like characters on the back palate. Clean crisp dry finish. Good length with aftertaste of pear, cashew and wet stones.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2012 - 2014)
