2010 Passing Clouds Bendigo Merlot

Opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple hue. The nose displays notes of freshly crushed blackcurrants, blackberries and mulberries followed by some light cedar and spice. Youthful but quite full bodied and rich the palate possesses freshly crushed inky blackcurrant flavours along with some dark plum, toasty cedar and a spicy back palate. Fine grained, slightly dryish tannins. Medium to long inky freshly crushed blackcurrant, toasty oak and spice aftertaste.
Cellar this still youthful but exuberant example for 4-5 years.
