Matured for 15 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. Near opaque dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of mulberry, cedar, earthy tobacco and spice. Light to medium weight the palate possesses elegant flavours of mulberry, dark cherry, cedar, earthy tobacco and spice. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mulberry, cedary tobacco and spice.
