2010 Nashwauk Tempranillo

Matured in 1 and 2 year old French barriques for 12 months. Deep dark red black colour with dark red hue. The nose displays good perfumed lift with scents of black cherry and liquorice followed by some earthy characters and spice. Full bodied the palate possesses generous almost joosy like flavours of black cherries, some liquorice and subtle earth with a very spicy finish. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Medium to long spicy black cherry, liquorice and earth aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
