2010 McWilliams Mount Pleasant Elizabeth Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with slight greenish tinge and watery hue. Delicate aromas of lemon, grass and lime followed by a hint of spice. As expected from such a young Hunter Semillon the palate is quite lean at this early stage of life and possesses a crisp refreshing acidity. Flavours of lemon, spice and mineral with a crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lemon and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years (2015-2016).
