2010 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with a bright dark crimson red hue. Scented aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry drift from the glass with a light bay leaf overlay followed by some tobacco, cedar and spice aromas. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses finesse and refinement but also has more than adequate richness. Generous blackcurrant and mulberry flavours are infused with bay leaf followed by cedary tobacco characters and spice. Very fine grained perfectly integrated tannins. Superb depth and persistence with a long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberries, subtle bay leaf, cedary tobacco and spice.
