2010 Kooyong Estate Pinot Noir

Deep dark crimson red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose possesses excellent intensity with perfumed scents of anise and dark cherries intermixed with some violets and gamey meat like characters with a subtle toast overlay. Generously flavoured with good power the palate boasts dark and sour cherries in conjunction with anise and some spicy cedar back palate flavours. Velvet smooth tannins with long aftertaste of dark and sour cherry, anise and spicy toasted cedar.
