2010 Kingston Estate Echelon Shiraz

The fruit for this wine was sourced from the Clare Valley, Barossa Valley & Adelaide Plains. Totally opaque inky black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted aromas of dark plum, dark chocolate and liquorice are followed by some vanillin oak and subtle cinnamon spice. Rich and opulent the palate has an abundance of supplely textured ripe blackberry and dark plum flavours followed by some liquorice, chocolatey oak and vanillin spice. Velvet smooth tannins with a long sumptuous ripe blackberry, dark plum, liquorice and spicy vanillin oak aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
