2010 Kilikanoon Blocks Road Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 22 months in small French oak casks. Opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple black hue. An intriguing nose with notes of mulberry, dark plum, light spearmint, some tobacco leaf and spicy cedar. Full bodied the palate delivers the goods with generous flavours of very dark ripe cherries, ripe mulberries and subtle spearmint with some underlying cedary tobacco and spice. A solid firmly built tannin structure provides an excellent framework. Long aftertaste of dark mulberry, dark plum, cedary tobacco and spice.
