2010 Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep black dark red hue. Aromas of blackberry and plum are followed by a touch of liquorice and some confectionary. Softly textured the palate delivers generous flavours of liquorice, blackberry, confectionary and toast with a spicy back palate. Slightly dryish but balanced tannins with aftertaste of liquorice, toast and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-2014).
