2010 Jim Barry Watervale Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw water like colour with watery hue. Lifted notes of lime, lemon and orange rind with a hint of talc as an end note showing excellent intensity. The palate displays superb concentration with mouthfilling flavours of lime and citrus dominating followed by some orange rind and mineral characteristics. Excellent length with a clean crisp acid finish. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
Drink now to enjoy this wines youthful vibrancy or cellar 4-5 years for further development (2010-2015)
