2010 Indian Pacific Shiraz

Totally opaque black purple colour with deep dark purple red hue. The nose displays top notes of blackberry and liquorice followed by some dark plum and spice. The palate is generous with joosy textural qualities and flavours of ripe blackberry, liquorice, some inky characters and spice. Good length. Fine grained soft tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, liquorice and inky spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
