2010 Hugo Reserve Shiraz

Totally opaque black crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red purple hue. Perfumed aromas of ripe blackberry are intermeshed with some violets, dark plum, a touch of liquorice and some subtle vanillin cedar. Full bodied the palate delivers rich mouthfilling flavours of ripe blackberry and liquorice with a vanillin oak overlay and some mocha on the back palate. Plush fleshy mouthfeel with velvet smooth tannins. Long ripe blackberry, liquorice, vanillin oak and mocha aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
