Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays aromas of lime, lemon and orange rind followed by a hint of mandarin and mineral. Good flavour intensity with lemon and lime dominate followed by a touch of green apple with a crisp mineral infused finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
