2010 Hollick Sauvignon Blanc Savagnin Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays aromas of tropical fruits, green apples and lime with some herbaceous end notes. The palate delivers flavours of tropical fruits, some herbaceousness, green apple and lime. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of green apple, some herbaceousness and lime.
Drink now (2011).
