Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted top notes of lemon and lime followed by some orange rind, talc and mineral. Palate flavours of lime and citrus are supported by some orange rind and mineral. Clean crisp finish with aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
