2010 Grosset Springvale Watervale Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw with greenish tinge colour and watery hue. The nose displays wonderful aromatics and intensity with lifted notes of lime, citrus and talc followed by some orange rind and mineral end notes. The palate possesses a steely acid structure with flavours of lemon, lime and talc followed by a flinty mineral infused finish. Clean very crisp acidity with long aftertaste of lemon, lime and mineral.
