2010 Grant Burge Filsell Old Vine Shiraz

Totally opaque inky black purple colour with very deep dark purple black hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe blackberry and plum which are followed by some liquorice, subtle toasty oak and spice. Full bodied the palate possesses rich fleshy textured flavours of blackberry and liquorice over some chocolaty toasty oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Good length with medium to long ripe blackberry, liquorice, dark plum and spicy toasty oak aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
