2010 Ferngrove Cossack Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays top notes of zesty orange rind and lemon followed by some delicate lime and steely mineral end notes. The palate is well constructed with a steely mineral infused backbone supporting flavours of lemon, lime and orange zest. Clean dry crisp acid finish. Long steely mineral lemon aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years (2017-2018).
