2010 Dominique Portet Fontaine Shiraz Cabernet

Medium bodied dark crimson red colour with dark red mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of mulberry top notes followed by some dark cherry, dried herbs and spice notes. Medium weight the palate displays flavours of spicy dark cherry and mulberry with the spice persisting onto the back palate. Fine grained, slightly dryish tannins with dark cherry, mulberry and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2014).
