2010 Domaine Edmond Cornu Chorey-Les-Beaune Les Bons Ores

Semi translucent dark red colour with a tinge of black around the edges and dark red hue. Aromas of violets and a hint of lavender are intermixed with dark cherries followed by some cedar, light earthiness and spice. Light in body with good richness and structure the palate features flavours of ripe dark cherries intermixed with hints of strawberry followed by some cedar, earthy meat like characters and spice. Dryish finish with solid but fine grained tannin structure. Aftertaste of dark cherries, some earthiness and spicy cedar.
