2010 Domaine d'Orfeuilles Vouvray Sec

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. Nosing reveals baked apple and Jonathan apple aromas alongside some pear, light cinnamon, spice and honeysuckle. Still fresh and vibrant with better acid balance than the 2011 Domaine d’Orfeuilles Les Coudraies Vouvray, the palate has flavours of baked apple, jonathan apple, pear and quince with some light cinnamon on the back palate. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of baked apple, pear, quince and light cinnamon and spice.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
