Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays lifted zesty lemon and lime notes followed by a touch of orange rind and some steely mineral end notes. Excellent concentration with mouthfilling flavours of lime and lemon followed by some orange rind with a crisp mineral infused finish. Medium to long aftertaste of lime, lemon and mineral.
