Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose shows good intensity with aromas of pear and cashew emerging from the glass followed by some citrus and a touch of spice. The palate has good mouthfeel with flavours of citrus, pear and stony mineral supported by some underlying cashew like characters. Clean dry finish with medium to long pear, cashew and stony mineral aftertaste.
Alc 12.5%

Other Reviews….
A really lovely nose that is clearly from Chablis displays excellent breadth while offering up notes of salt water, citrus, green fruit and shell fish. The delicious, round and plump flavors retain fine precision and really excellent length for a villages level wine, all wrapped in an austere, clean and bone dry finish.Tasted: Jan 14, 2013.
