Semi translucent bright crimson red colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherries, strawberries, cedar and spice showing strong varietal character and good intensity. Light to medium weight but with plenty of flavour and depth the palate exhibits dark cherry, plum and strawberry flavours followed by some light toast and spicy cedar. Very good power wave for it’s price point. Soft velvet smooth tannins with long aftertaste of dark cherries, plum and spicy cedar.
