2010 Crabtree Watervale Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with watery hue. Lifted aromas of rose petals, lime, orange rind and citrus with a hint of talc as an end note showing excellent intensity. Mouthfilling palate flavours with lime and citrus dominate followed by some orange blossom and talc on the back palate. Excellent concentration with clean crisp acid finish. Long aftertaste of lime, citrus and talc. Drink now or cellar 3-4 years.
