2010 Conn Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with dark red hue. Nosing reveals aromas of plum, mulberry, earthy cedar and spice. The palate shows stronger varietal character than the nose with ripe medium bodied flavours of blackcurrant and dark cherries followed by some toasty cedar and spice. Very fine grained tannins with medium to long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark ripe cherries, toasty vanillin oak and spice.
Cellar 4-5 years.
