2010 Coldstream Hills Chardonnay

Matured for 9 months in French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays distinct white peach top notes followed by some cashew, melon and light spice. Medium bodied the palate displays good mouthfeel with a soft creamy like texture and flavours of white peach, cashew and spice. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of white peach, cashew and spicy oak.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2011-20104).
