This masculine-styled Margaux reveals abundant tannin, some dusty, loamy, earthy notes intermixed with licorice and herbs, medium body, good acidity and 10-12 years of drinkability. Drink: 2013 - 2023

Showing nice minerality already, with a stony hint weaving through the supple plum and cassis fruit, followed by a perfumy finish. Should be very suave when finished -J.M
